This role is essential in maintaining and managing client data, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting our operations from anywhere. Responsibilities * Accurately input, update, and maintain client records in the company database. * Verify and validate client information to ensure data accuracy and completeness. * Respond promptly to client inquiries, escalating issues when necessary. * Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to support client\-related activities. * Generate and distribute regular reports on client data and information trends. * Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures. * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding data security. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. * Proven experience in data entry, client information management, or administrative support. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM software. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. * Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
