Operational Excellence Specialist

Some of what you will do:The Operational Excellence Specialist plays a key role in driving continuous process improvement for the Services Field Operations team. This role supports and executes Service Operations tasks which include process automation, workflow optimization, data analysis & reporting, and internal communications to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience for both Tech and Print Services. The Operational Excellence Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and maintain documentation that supports business objectives.Specifically you will:Lead process optimization initiatives by identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities to enhance efficiency across the Services Field Operations team. Develop and implement automation tools and streamlined workflows to reduce manual work and improve service delivery. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, providing clear insights that support strategic decision making. Partner with cross functional teams—including Systems Ops and business stakeholders—to implement system enhancements and operational improvements. Create polished presentations, training materials, and documentation to support new initiatives and process improvements.
