TN8 - Salesforce Developer Senior

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with Admin Experience to join a housing fintech company and help evolve its Salesforce platform into a scalable, efficient sales tool. This role is primarily focused on development and system optimization, working closely with the sales team to build and improve tools on top of Salesforce. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, implement technical solutions, and help establish a modern, scalable Salesforce development lifecycle. Responsibilities ● Provide light support to Salesforce users, addressing occasional questions and requests. ● Work closely with the sales team to design and build an easy-to-use, efficient tool using Salesforce as the core platform. ● Manage and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems as needed. ● Set up and maintain a modern Salesforce development lifecycle based on source-driven development (version control, CI/CD, structured releases). ● Develop custom UIs and features to improve the usability and efficiency of sales processes. ● Support data management efforts to ensure clean, well-structured, and scalable data models. ● Ensure data security and follow Salesforce best practices across the platform.RequirementsTechnical Skills3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with a strong focus on development. ● Solid experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning (LWC and/or Aura). ● Experience building custom Salesforce solutions, including custom UIs and business logic. ● Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and best practices for data structure and scalability. ● Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST APIs, web services, etc.). ● Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and source-driven development. ● Familiarity with CI/CD practices and structured release processes in Salesforce environments. ● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, data, and integrations. ● Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration (users, roles, permissions, Flows), but not as a primary focus. ● Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Nice to have ● Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator)Experience working in fintech, financial services, lending, real estate, or mortgage-related industries. ● Experience working in early-stage or small teams, with high ownership and autonomy. ● Familiarity with modern development practices (CI/CD pipelines, DevOps mindset). ● Experience building scalable systems or optimizing internal tools for business teams (especially sales).
