Our Members run small to medium-sized eCommerce businesses within a diverse group of industries including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, Entertainment, Electronics, and Household Goods.About the RoleWe’re looking for two (2) execution-focused Facilities Coordinators to support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations in a specific region (East or West). This role is designed to ensure our buildings are running smoothly by managing tickets, coordinating vendors, maintaining documentation, and supporting proactive facilities work.This is a process-driven role focused on accuracy, follow-through, and operational efficiency. Each Facilities Coordinator will support ~5–6 locations and act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related needs in their region.Key ResponsibilitiesTicket & Issue ManagementServe as the main point of contact for facility-related issues in your regionManage the ticket queue: prioritize, assign, track, and close ticketsCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolutionEscalate complex or urgent issues to the Facilities ManagerVendor CoordinationSchedule and manage vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other servicesEnsure work is completed to standard and in a timely mannerMaintain vendor contacts and support sourcing for new vendors when neededMarket-Level Facilities SupportSupport 5–6 locations within your regionHelp drive proactive facility work including maintenance, organization, and improvementsPartner with location teams to ensure buildings are operating effectivelyDocumentation & OrganizationKeep facility records, vendor contacts, and location information organized and up to dateMaintain simple, consistent documentation across all locationsAdministrative & Project SupportSupport the Facilities Manager with reporting, tracking, and project workAssist with larger facilities initiatives as neededPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in facilities coordination, operations, or property managementExperience managing vendor relationships and handling maintenance requestsComfortable with tracking systems, ticketing software, or CRM-like platformsStrong organizational and documentation skillsWorking StyleHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable managing repeatable workflows and checklistsStrong written and verbal communicationAble to work independently while escalating issues appropriatelySuccess Looks LikeTickets and issues are resolved efficiently and accuratelyVendors are responsive and managed effectivelyLocations are maintained, organized, and supported proactivelyFacilities operations run smoothly across the region, reducing escalations to leadershipOriginally posted on Himalayas
