This role sits at the center of planning, performance, and partnership—turning complex data into a clear, actionable financial story.Work LocationFully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise capital planning, forecasting, and performance management, improving visibility into spend drivers, portfolio performance, and investment outcomesDrive disciplined capital governance, including intake, prioritization, approvals, and reallocation to ensure consistent, high-quality investment decisionsOwn and elevate decision support for senior leaders, using scenario modeling, tradeoff analysis, and clear financial storytelling to guide capital allocation and strategic choicesDeliver actionable insights that improve transparency, strengthen alignment, and enable more proactive, data-driven portfolio managementConnect capital investments to products, customers, and business outcomes to improve prioritization, accountability, and value realizationAdvance finance capabilities through automation and AI-enabled workflows, reducing manual effort and enabling the team to focus on higher-value analysis and insight generationBuild and lead a high-performing team, coaching and developing talent while fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharingWhat We Look For in a Candidate12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, capital finance, or related areasExperience leading planning, forecasting, governance, and decision support in a complex environmentStrong executive presence with ability to influence senior leadershipExperience with large-scale capital environments (technology, network, infrastructure, or similar)Proven ability to translate data into clear insights that drive business decisionsTrack record of building high-performing teams and improving finance processesExperience with ERP systems (SAP S4 or similar) and finance transformation initiatives preferredStrong analytical, modeling, and storytelling capabilitiesCompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
