Portfolio Manager

Qualifications A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a Portfolio Manager or similar position  10+ years in a Senior Project Manager role within a professional services and/or managed services organization Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex project portfolios. They will lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective project execution and portfolio management. Experience running complex VMWare Programs and/or coordinating complex stakeholder environment (Client, Partner, OEM, etc.)  Experience working with Global Financial customers  Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels. Strong data analytic skills. Strong computer skills including: use of MS Office Projects (Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, Power Point). Expert knowledge of MS Project. Expert knowledge of Project Management principles. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of personnel, from field level to senior management. Ability to work with clients in other OU's, and external customers. Ability to devise and implement processes. Knowledge of the operation of electric utilities. Knowledge of IT Operations. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $182K - $218,400 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
