Your role is to build rapid trust, overcome hesitations, and close the gap between a fresh inquiry and a signed client. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Jump on Fresh Leads:** Engage immediately with individuals who have suffered injuries and are exploring their legal options. * **Qualify \& Convert:** Assess each caller's case eligibility based on provided criteria, asking targeted questions to confirm key details. * **Control the Conversation:** Use persuasive communication to confidently "sell" the advantages of working with our partner law firms.
