Role OverviewMister Car Wash is seeking an IT Integration Support Tech to join their Headquarters team. The role delivers technical support and infrastructure setup for new store locations and ongoing operations. The IT Integration Support Technician works closely with internal teams and vendors to perform hardware installations, provide troubleshooting assistance, and maintain documentation related to IT integrations.What You Will DoThe IT Integration Support Tech will support installation and configuration of hardware, assist in coordination with vendors, participate in validation of equipment functionality, resolve common hardware and network issues, document technical issues and resolutions, and escalate unresolved challenges.Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have strong foundational skills in network and device support, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt in dynamic field environments.
