**Salary:** $73000 \- $75000 / (hourly equivalent)

**Job Summary**

FLIK is seeking a versatile and collaborative Policy Writer / L\&D Specialist for a 15\-month full\-time contract engagement. This role is ideal for a detail\-oriented professional who excels in creating clear, compliant documentation and is equally comfortable supporting Learning \& Development (L\&D) initiatives. This individual will serve as a key member of the team, helping shape policies, training content, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and update company policies, procedures, training materials, and internal documentation.
* Ensure all content aligns with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
* Partner with cross\-functional teams to translate business needs into clear policies, learning materials, and job aids.
* Support Learning \& Development efforts, including creating guides, training content, and enablement resources.
* Maintain consistency in tone, format, and version control across all documentation.
* Support audits and compliance reviews related to policy and training documentation.
Qualifications:
* Preferred: Experience in policy writing, technical writing, documentation development, or compliance\-related content.
* Required: Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
* Required: Ability to translate complex information into clear, user\-friendly language for both policies and training materials.
* Required: Experience working in corporate or regulated environments.
