Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the accounting function at a Dallas-based commercial insurance brokerage serving a diverse portfolio of clients. You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and support business decision-making across a team of 20 to 25 professionals.This is a hands-on role. You need to be comfortable owning accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting while also bringing the flexibility to support operational and administrative needs as the business evolves.
