Now Hiring – Office Manager / Bookkeeper (Remote) Down Home Essentials is looking for a dependable, organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This is primarily a remote position, but applicants must live within one hour of Pierceton, Indiana and be available for occasional in\-person meetings. Responsibilities include: \- Bookkeeping and basic accounting \- Invoicing and billing \- Scheduling appointments \- Answering customer calls and messages \- Organizing paperwork and maintaining records \- General office administration We're looking for someone who is: \- Honest, reliable, and self\-motivated \- Experienced with bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a must) \- Organized and detail\-oriented \- Friendly with excellent customer service skills Hours and pay: Flexible schedule with pay based on experience.
