In this role, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary model, helping patients achieve their health goals through individualized, evidence-based nutrition counseling and education. You will collaborate closely with clinicians, health coaches, and other care team members to deliver patient-centered, holistic care.There is a preference for Registered Dietitians licensed in multiple states.Schedule Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling, 32 patient contact hours + 8hrs of administrative time.
