Bookkeeper / Accountant

**Hiring: QuickBooks Online Ninja — Bookkeeper** We’re looking for a highly accurate, detail\-obsessed bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online inside and out. This role has real growth potential for someone who is reliable, attentive, and serious about doing things right. Role: Bookkeeper / QBO Expert Salary: $50,000 to $60,000/year based on experience Growth: Opportunity to grow with the company Location: Remote **(hours 8am\-5pm PST, non\-negotiable)** What you’ll do: * Maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online * Clean up and organize financial records * Manage AP/AR and ensure accurate reporting * Assist with month\-end close and financial statements * Spot inconsistencies before they become bigger issues * Document processing utilizing AI * Email monitoring What we’re looking for: * Strong QuickBooks Online experience * Excellent attention to detail * High accuracy and accountability * Ability to review your own work carefully * Reliable, organized, and proactive * Deadline Focused * Able to spot inconsistencies and ask good questions * Comfortable working remotely * Professional communication skills * Committed to accurate, high\-quality work * Interest in growing into a larger role over time * Document processing with AI This is not a “close enough” role.
