Job Description
We’re seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Remote Records Clerk to help maintain and manage our company’s digital and physical records. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all files, documents, and data are accurately stored, updated, and accessible to authorized team members. **Duties / Responsibilities:**
Create, organize, and maintain digital and electronic filing systems.
Accurately enter, update, and track records in company databases.
Retrieve and provide requested records or reports to internal departments.
Review files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies or regulations.
Manage document retention schedules and ensure timely archiving or disposal.
Protect sensitive information by following established privacy and data protection protocols.
Assist with audits, record inventories, and data clean\-up projects.
Support other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1–3 years of experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuWare, Laserfiche, or Dropbox Business).
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
