We're seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our mental health program, Mind, as a Mental Health Specialist. In this role, you'll work alongside Phoenix, Sword’s AI\-care agent, to provide direct member support, helping individuals build lasting mental wellness through evidence\-based care. This is an opportunity to combine clinical expertise with AI\-native technology to deliver transformative care at scale — removing the clinician as the bottleneck without removing the clinician from care.
