This is a remote position.Location: Cebu CityJob Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both English and the target language to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse clientele.Responsibilities:Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and the target language.Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and general account maintenance.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.Requirements:Fluency in both English and the target language (written and spoken).Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
