### **About the Role** Join a fast\-growing, seed\-stage construction finance fintech platform trusted by top private lenders across the United States. As a **Senior Full\-Stack Engineer**, you'll be a core contributor on a small, fully remote US\-based engineering team, helping build and scale mission\-critical platform capabilities as the company grows 3x year\-over\-year. You'll work alongside experienced peers supported by a founding team with deep expertise in construction, mobile, and IoT. ### **What You'll Do** * Design, build, and ship end\-to\-end product features spanning frontend and backend systems * Architect scalable web platform components capable of supporting rapid, sustained growth * Collaborate closely with a tight\-knit engineering team and founding stakeholders in a fast\-paced environment * Contribute to technical decision\-making and help define engineering best practices * Deliver high\-quality, maintainable code with strong written and async communication in a distributed team ### **What We're Looking For** * **7–15 years** of software engineering experience with strong full\-stack capability (frontend \+ backend) * Proven experience building and scaling web platforms for high growth (e.g., 3x\+ annual volume) * Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset — comfortable operating independently in a founding\-team environment * Experience working in remote, distributed engineering teams with excellent written and verbal communication * **Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship** * *Nice to have:* Domain experience in construction finance, lending, or regulated financial services ### **Compensation \& Benefits** * **Salary:** $160,000 – $200,000 USD annually * Fully remote position (US\-based only) ### **Location** Fully remote — open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
