WelbeHealth PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing all-inclusive medical care and community-based services. We serve our most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model.The Director, Analytics partners with business and clinical leaders to solve complex operational and clinical challenges through data analysis, modeling, and strategic insights. This role combines analytics expertise, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes such as retention, care quality, operational efficiency, and satisfaction, while fostering strong relationships across the organization as a member of the WelbeHealth leadership team.This role is different because the Director, Analytics at WelbeHealth:Serves as a strategic partner to executive, operational, and clinical leaders, using advanced analytics and data-driven insights to solve complex challenges and improve outcomes, performance, and growthLeads a high-impact analytics function that transforms data into actionable strategy through innovative analysis, business consulting, and enterprise-wide decision supportWe care about our team members. That’s why we offer:Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days401K savings + matchComprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonusAnd additional benefits!On the day-to-day, you will:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, analyze data, and develop creative, data-driven solutions that achieve business goalsBuild trusted partnerships by using data, analysis, and modeling to improve key metrics, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomesCommunicate analytical approaches, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadershipMeasure the impact of initiatives, adjust strategies as needed, and use data-driven insights to optimize business outcomesDemonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and strong emotional intelligenceLead with influence and collaboration, prioritizing what is best for the organizationManage direct reports, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance oversight, while ensuring timely and accurate documentationJob requirements include:Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, relevant professional experience may be substituted; Masters degree preferredExperience in improving business operations, financial and clinical outcomes using data and analysis is requiredMinimum of ten (10) years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on consultative analysis and collaborative problem-solving using data analysis, creativity, experience and insightMinimum of ten (10) years of experience with understanding business and clinical processes and finding ways to uncover opportunities for improvement using data and insightMinimum of three (3) years of experience in the healthcare industry preferredExcellent organizational and communication skills with leaders, stakeholders and usersMinimum of ten (10) years of experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI or other analytical and business intelligence toolsMinimum five (5) years of experience leading analysts through complex analytical challenges, combining hands-on expertise with strategic thinking to simplify complexity and deliver clear, actionable recommendationsWe are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director, Analytics who is passionate about using data to solve complex business and clinical challenges in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
