Social Media & Content Creator (Music / Entertainment)Full-Time | RemoteCheck out The Global Talent Co.’s talent network: https://www.globaltalent.co/networkAbout the CompanyWe are a premium, sell-side advisory firm specializing in the valuation, positioning, and strategic sale of music rights catalogs.The company works with artists, songwriters, producers, publishers, and rights holders globally, helping them maximize the value of their intellectual property through private, curated transactions.About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to elevate our brand presence and communicate our unique positioning in the music rights advisory space.This role is ideal for someone who understands both content strategy and execution, and who can translate complex, high-value financial and music industry concepts into compelling, digestible content.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a social media strategy aligned with TSB’s premium positioningCreate high-quality, engaging content (posts, short-form videos, carousels, etc.) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially TikTokTranslate complex topics (music rights, catalog valuation, transactions) into clear and engaging narrativesManage day-to-day social media operations (posting, scheduling, engagement)Collaborate with the founder/team to extract insights and turn them into contentMaintain a consistent brand voice: premium, strategic, and authoritativeMonitor performance and optimize content based on analyticsRequirements2+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creationFluent in English (written and spoken) — must be able to create content at a native or near-native levelStrong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and digital positioningExperience creating content for B2B, premium brands, or professional services is a strong plusExperience or familiarity with the music industry (artists, publishing, rights, etc.) is highly preferredAbility to work independently and bring creative ideas to the tableNice to HaveExperience working with music, entertainment, or IP-related companiesBasic understanding of finance, investments, or asset-based businessesSkills in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva)What We’re Looking ForA creative thinker who can also operate strategicallySomeone who understands how to build a premium, trust-driven brand onlineA proactive profile who can own the content function end-to-endOriginally posted on Himalayas
