So, if you are the type of person who loves digging into and analyzing a spreadsheet, but also enjoys connecting with people - keep reading!The purpose of the Sales Tax Analyst (internally referred to as a New Client Onboarding Specialist) is to get clients totally set up within our systems so that the Sales Tax Filing Team can begin submitting their sales tax filings (this role does not manage filing returns). Lots of training will be provided.This role typically involves analyzing client data and performing research to provide an analysis of sales tax nexus and ensuring the clients’ tax systems are set up to our high standards of excellence. You’ll be working closely with external clients, as well as working closely with internal teammates. This is a unique opportunity for those unique people who love diving into the nitty-gritty of a detailed spreadsheet, and are simultaneously outgoing and love to connect with people. In time, you’ll be considered a sales tax expert and someone that many will turn to when looking for advice. Don’t worry—we’ll provide lots of sales tax training and help along the way. Your QualificationsWe’re looking for someone who is ready to learn and grow professionally and wants a career (not just a job).
