In this role, you are a transformation leader within the Performance Excellence (PE) organization managing scope and schedule in support of the deployment and sustainment of RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) at Raytheon. You will coordinate integration activities and process alignment with the enabling digital technologies to streamline operations and improve program performance across Raytheon.What You Will DoLead the continuous improvement and sustainment initiatives of RLPM principles, concepts, training, and other projects as assigned.Collaborate and influence RTX business leaders to effect change and integration for consistent and scalable solutions that transform program and project managementCoordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and sustain training and business capabilities that integrate disparate processes and systems for enabling program performance and predictabilityCreate and execute change management across the lifecycle from strategy and development to production and sustainmentDevelop, maintain and support configuration management of RLPM templates, artifacts, resources and toolsTravel to participate in domestic business engagementsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years prior relevant experienceExperience directly engaged in activities associated with program execution, program management, or project managementExperience leading cross-functional teamsAn active and in-scope Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration.
