We believe all people should have access to the innovative healthcare products and solutions that empower each of them to live fuller, bolder lives.Our Patient Services team seeks a Senior Manager, Patient Access Operations, as we continue to enhance patient experience in acquiring AUVI-Q, our epinephrine auto-injector. This role is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and managing the day-to-day operations of patient access channels to ensure timely initiation and continuity of therapy.The Senior Manager will lead and manage relationships with key vendor partners, such as hub and pharmacy partners, to maintain operational excellence. Leveraging data-driven insights, this individual will oversee the implementation of projects aimed at optimizing the patient experience. The ideal candidate is an accomplished operational leader with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, outstanding communication, project management, and analytical skills.As Senior Manager, Patient Access Operations you will:Oversee Hub and Pharmacy OperationsServe as the day-to-day point of contact for hub and pharmacy operationsEnsure adherence to contract terms and business rulesMaintain vendor contracts, documentation, and reporting toolsReview and audit all vendor invoicesOversee and track vendor performance against KPIsAttend and lead routine meetings with vendor personnelIdentify compliant opportunities for process improvementsEnsure accurate/timely delivery and completion of tasks and projectsCommunicate and present data/information regarding program performance, goals, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria for patient access initiativesOversee implementation of access‑related projects that enhance the patient and provider experienceEnsure Leadership & Cross-Functional CoordinationLead external teams by providing guidance, alignment, and support to meet shared targets and deliver key outcomesCoordinate workflows across internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignmentPartner with internal teams (ie. Marketing, Distribution, Market Access, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless executionConduct Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze and track program data to identify trends, barriers, and opportunitiesTranslate insights into recommendations that guide strategic direction and operational improvementsMaintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries to support decision‑makingA successful Senior Manager, Patient Access Operations will have:Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Expertise in vendor and project management.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.To be considered for the position, you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required.Demonstrated experience in managing external partnershipsStrong business acumen and proven track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Experience and expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through executionAdditional preferred qualifications:Advanced knowledge of hub and pharmacy operationsKnowledge of direct-to-patient access solutions.Originally posted on Himalayas
