You will play a key part in moving from a fragmented landscape to a single, integrated, and scalable platform environment that supports growth and operational efficiency. You will work across Finance, Revenue, Customer Operations, Marketing, and IT to align priorities, simplify platforms, and drive consistent outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and transform the systems landscapeLead a multi-year transformation to consolidate and standardise business systemsReduce duplication and ensure systems operate as a connected ecosystemOwn the full lifecycle of systems, from selection to retirement Define and deliver system strategyBuild and execute a clear roadmap aligned to business prioritiesDrive platform rationalisation and removal of legacy systemsBalance capability, cost, and long-term value Lead integration and data consistencyDefine integration strategy and ensure systems are connected end-to-endEstablish clear ownership of key data (customer, product, financial, subscription)Eliminate duplicate data and conflicting sources of truth Drive simplification and standardisationTranslate business processes into scalable system solutionsChallenge unnecessary complexityEnforce standard approaches as systems are consolidated Own delivery and prioritisationManage a single, prioritised backlog across all internal systemsBalance competing business demandsEnsure delivery through internal teams and external partners Manage vendors and costOwn system budgets and licence optimisationLead vendor selection, negotiation, and renewalsOptimise total cost of ownershipSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperienceProven experience managing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar)Experience leading system transformation or consolidation programmesTrack record of working across multiple business functions SkillsStrong understanding of system integration and data flows across Commercial mindset with experience managing vendors and costAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong communication skills with senior stakeholders LeadershipExperience leading teams and working with external partnersAble to take ownership, make decisions, and drive outcomesComfortable operating in a fast-changing, global environmentOriginally posted on Himalayas
