We’re seeking an AR Specialist to join us. This is a remote position. What you’ll do:Follow up on claims rejections and denialsIdentify billing issuesCommunicate with insurance companies for status on outstanding claimsWork daily correspondence work filesProcess and follow up on appealsResolve correspondence issuesWhat you’ll bring to Zotec:AR follow-up experienceAbility to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and dataStrong willingness to learn new technologies, concepts, and ways to work cross functionallyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelSkilled in identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutionsCapable of prioritizing workflow and working within deadlines in a high-volume environmentMust be detail oriented, be able to work independently, and manage multiple projectsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly experienced professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role.
