We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.About the Role:The Sr. Account Manager owns and grows a portfolio of regional and mid-sized retail pharmacy partnerships, driving profitable claims growth and market share expansion. This role is responsible for developing account strategies, deepening executive relationships, and leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities:Own and deepen relationships with regional and mid-sized retail pharmacy partners, including building trust with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makingDrive account performance by proactively analyzing KPIs, identifying growth levers, and leading execution of partnership strategies to increase profitability and market shareLead cross-functional collaboration with pricing, network operations, contracting, and marketing to design and deliver high-impact partner initiativesConduct and lead strategic business reviews, translating data into clear narratives, actionable recommendations, and aligned growth plansOwn renewal cycles and contract negotiations, identifying opportunities to expand scope, improve economics, and strengthen long-term partnershipsProactively identify and lead expansion opportunities across assigned accounts, including new program adoption or geographic growthSynthesize client feedback and market insights to influence internal strategy, product roadmap, and process improvementsMentor junior team members and contribute to team best practices, playbooks, and scaling effortsScope & Impact: Owns a portfolio of higher-value and/or more complex accounts with significant revenue impactOperates with a high degree of autonomy, setting account strategy and influencing cross-functional prioritiesDrives meaningful revenue growth, profitability improvements, and market share gains across accountsActs as a strategic partner to clients and an internal thought partner to leadershipContributes to team development through mentorship and process improvementSkills & Qualifications:8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years of relevant experience with a master’s degreeDemonstrated success managing and growing complex accounts, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or marketplace environmentsAbility to develop and execute data-driven account strategies that drive revenue and profitabilityStrong ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendationsExperience working with KPIs such as claims volume, margin, and market shareProven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-makingStrong executive presence with experience leading business reviews and presenting to client leadershipExperience working closely with pricing, operations, contracting, and marketing teams to deliver client outcomesAbility to navigate and influence cross-functional priorities in a matrixed organizationExperience supporting or leading contract renewals and negotiations with a focus on value creation and long-term partnershipsWhy You’ll Love Working Here:Mission-driven work with real-world impact—making healthcare affordable for millions.A fast-paced, collaborative culture with top-tier talent across tech and healthcare.Autonomy to lead, build, and grow major business lines with meaningful support.Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term equity upside.All GoodRx employees are responsible for reviewing and complying with all Company safety and security policies and procedures, being vigilant and observant of potential security threats (including phishing attempts) and proactively communicating with the Security Team to raise any concerns.At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired.
