Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Document changes and create troubleshooting guide. Work on several projects simultaneously Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).About Role:Manage projects of small to medium size and scope.Translate user’s requests into application system solutions. Analyze system user requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modificationsResolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (ie. system users, company management, consultants, software support staff)Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SQL, Workday, DocuSign and ServiceNow and related application systems.Stay current on relevant industry, commercial, IP, privacy, and other laws, regulations, and developments to adapt our commercial policies and processes accordingly to provide the most up-to-date and accurate guidanceDefine requirements for specific forms/reportsDesign test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test resultsCoordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required.Perform project management and detailed analysis of business practices, processes, and scenarios.Utilize query and reporting tools to provide flexible and timely information to system users determine the appropriate programming tools to supply information to system users.Perform the majority of the project management functions of the user groups including: coordinating, organizing, planning and scheduling, communicating, tracking accountability, ensuring documentation, monitoring and evaluating, problem solving and technical assistance.May have primary responsibility for support and maintenance of HR applications or systemsParticipate in the creation and enforcement of IT software standards and procedures.Maintain accuracy of help desk database of reported problems and the knowledge base of corrective actions which resolved issue.About You:BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree or equivalent work experience5 to 7 years Analyst ExperienceProven Software Systems experienceSolid understanding of payroll and Benefit integrations, process, and procedures in Workday.Hands on experience in Workday Report, Calculated field, EIB, Core Connector and Workday Studio.Knowledge of DocuSign Application.Solid understanding of SQL, XLST, or other data transformation methodologiesSolid understanding of API or other integration technologies.Production support and project experienceMust have solid project leader experience, strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with high degree of attention to detailMust have ability to interact with all levels and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum of supervisions.Company Benefits and Perks:We believe that the best solutions are developed by teams who embrace each other's unique experiences, skills, and abilities.
