what you'll doAbout the RoleWe are looking for a senior, hands-on Product Lead who can take ownership of complex product initiatives and drive them from idea to impact. You’ll help shape PMcardio for Organizations by designing pragmatic, scalable solutions that solve real clinical and business problems and ensuring they are delivered with speed, clarity, and strong execution. You’ll work closely with the CPO and cross-functional teams to understand real clinical and business problems, design pragmatic, scalable solutions, ship them fast, and measure whether they actually work. You will use AI tools daily to research, prototype, analyze, and communicate—speed and judgment matter. Your Role Lead discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder calls, and in-person workflow analysis in real clinical environmentsPrototype quickly using AI-assisted tools and low-ceremony approaches focused on outcomesWork with data to define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze usage and product performanceOwn initiatives end-to-end—from problem framing and solution design to launch and post-launch learningsPrepare and execute product communications, including emails, release notes, and enablement materialsManage the product development cycle closely with Engineering, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teamsAct as a trusted product owner for PMcardio for Organizationswhat you needYour Profile 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role in a healthcare environmentStrong generalist product skill set spanning discovery, UX thinking, data analysis, and executionProven bias for action, with a track record of shipping, learning, and iterating quicklyComfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing structure where neededExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong intuition for good UX, with a pragmatic approach focused on what works rather than polishA daily user of AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and writingStrong judgment, ownership, and the ability to think and act like a founderOriginally posted on Himalayas
