**Responsibilities**
* Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and trends from customer data, contributing to the development of data\-driven CRM strategies.
* Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various CRM projects.
* Assist in developing innovative CRM concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions, leveraging insights gained from data analysis.
* Support the CRM team with ongoing projects related to customer experience enhancement.
* Assist in market research and business development activities within the CRM domain.

Education:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent education.
Experience:
* 1\-2 years of previous experience in consulting or CRM.
* Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong emphasis on Excel.
* Proactivity and ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%
