In short, we’re a full-stack RevOps implementation partner that installs full cycle turnkey selling systems for our clients.Position OverviewThis role is not for a traditional video editor.The Video Editor at WFS is a hybrid creative-growth role responsible for creating viral, trend-aware, platform-native social content that actively drives growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube (long-form).Yes, you will edit videos.But more importantly, you will understand how content wins on social.That means knowing:What hooks stop the scrollWhy certain formats outperform othersHow trends, audio, captions, pacing, and posting styles impact reachHow to turn long-form content into short-form assets that actually performYou are expected to think like a creator and strategist, not just a technician.
