Our visual media helps leasing teams showcase their communities, attract more prospective residents, and stand out in competitive markets. We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to build relationships with property managers, apartment communities, real estate developers, and other industry professionals while introducing them to our high\-quality media services. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Key Responsibilities **Prospect, contact, and build relationships with apartment communities, property management companies, leasing offices, and real estate developers.** **Present and sell our photography packages, video tours, drone footage, 360 tours, and other marketing media solutions.** **Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. We can help tailor your approach around your strengths and what feels most natural for you.** **Learn each client’s needs and recommend the photography or media services that best support their property and marketing goals.** **Schedule shoots, follow up with leads, and help maintain an organized sales pipeline.** **Track activity, manage follow\-ups, and report progress using CRM tools.** **Represent the company professionally and maintain positive client relationships.** \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Requirements **Sales experience preferred, especially in real estate, multifamily housing, marketing, or media services.** **Excellent communication, relationship\-building, and negotiation skills.** **Self\-motivated, goal\-driven, and comfortable with outreach.** **Basic understanding of real estate marketing or visual media is a plus.
