We help clients define what's possible and what’s next for their retirement plans. **PURPOSE OF POSITION** This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes and workflows in support of Definiti’s operational and technology initiatives. Working within an Agile Scrum development environment alongside Software Engineers, QA Testers, and other stakeholders, the position serves as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. This role requires strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement across cross\-functional teams. The position requires work across the company to collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and scrum teams to understand and translate our customer’s business and technical requirements. This senior position is responsible for influencing business outcomes, not just producing requirements. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the analysis, redesign, and optimization of enterprise\-wide business processes spanning multiple departments * Establish process standards, governance models, and documentation practices across the organization * Develop business cases, cost\-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support investment and prioritization decisions * Evaluate and recommend technology, integration, automation, and AI solutions that improve operational effectiveness * Support organizational change management efforts related to new business processes, systems, and technologies * Develop and maintain standards, templates, methodologies, and best practices for the Business Analysis function * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders; translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications for the development team * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; Partner with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and properly scoped * Model and document current\-state (as\-is) and future\-state (to\-be) business processes using standard notation (e.g., BPMN, swim lane diagrams) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement o
