Virtual Care Clinician

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and patient\-focused Virtual Care Clinicians to join our rapidly growing telemedicine team. This fully remote opportunity is open to Physicians (MD/DO) and Nurse Practitioners. Our clinicians provide high\-quality virtual care across a growing portfolio of healthcare services, including Weight Management, Skin Care, Wellness, Peptide Therapy, Urgent Care and Hormone Management. Care is delivered through a combination of asynchronous (chat\-based) and synchronous (video) telemedicine visits using our modern EMR platform. As a fast\-paced, high\-growth healthcare startup, we are launching multiple brands and expanding rapidly over the coming months and into 2027\. Our dedicated team operates under a CPOM\-compliant corporate structure, manages 100% of patient logistics, scheduling, clinical customer support, and administrative coordination, allowing clinicians to focus exclusively on clinical decision\-making and patient care. Malpractice insurance is fully provided, giving you the confidence to practice while we support your clinical work. Key Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments and review medical histories. * Evaluate patients through both asynchronous messaging and live video consultations. * Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within your scope of practice. * Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, lifestyle modifications, and skin care. * Document all patient encounters accurately and thoroughly within the EMR. * Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure high\-quality, evidence\-based patient care. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA, telemedicine regulations, and clinical best practices. Qualifications Required * Active, unrestricted MD, DO, or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license. * Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, and manage patients through telemedicine within the applicable scope of practice. * Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to evidence\-based medicine. * Strong written communication skills for asynchronous patient encounters. * Comfortable managing both chat\-based and video telemedicine visits. * Proficiency with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms. Preferred * Previous telemedicine experience. * Experience in one or more of the following: * Weight Management * Skin Care * Wellness Medicine * Peptide Therapy * Urgent Care * Hormone Management * Experience managing medication therapies, including ongoing prescription management and refills. * Multiple state licenses are highly desirable but not required Compensation * Asynchronous (Chat\-Based) Consultations: $10 per completed consultation * Video Telehealth Consultations
