The **Mission Systems Wave Deployment Lead** is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the execution of S/4HANA deployment waves across Mission Systems. This role will serve as the primary deployment focal for assigned sites, ensuring each location is prepared for go\-live through integrated planning, site readiness, business engagement, cutover coordination, and post\-go\-live stabilization. Reporting to Mission Systems S/4HANA Program Leadership, the Wave Deployment Lead will partner with site leaders, Business Process Leaders, Digital Technology, Collins PST deployment teams, and cross\-functional stakeholders to execute deployments while minimizing disruption to business operations. This is a **REMOTE** role and may be based at any domestic Mission Systems location or operate fully remote. **What You Will Do:** **Wave and Deployment Planning** * Develop and maintain detailed deployment plans for assigned Mission Systems waves and sites. * Coordinate deployment activities from initial site engagement through hypercare. * Apply standardized deployment methodologies, tools, playbooks, and governance. * Integrate site activities with the broader S/4HANA program schedule. * Identify and manage cross\-functional dependencies, milestones, and resource needs. **Site Readiness** * Lead site readiness assessments across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other impacted functions. * Partner with site leadership to identify readiness gaps and develop mitigation plans. * Track readiness milestones, actions, risks, and decisions. * Coordinate readiness reviews and support go\-live entry and exit recommendations. * Ensure sites understand deployment expectations, timelines, and required deliverables. **Cross\-Functional Coordinati
