Senior SWE / Technical Lead

Healthcare-focused engineering firm in LA. We build and maintain the technical infrastructure for a concierge primary care practice serving employer groups across multiple states. Looking for a player-coach: hands-on in TypeScript/Node.js + React + AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, SST, PostgreSQL) every day, while mentoring a junior engineer and owning architecture decisions. Healthcare integrations are messy (EHR systems, labs, SFTP file drops, claims data) - if you've done this kind of work, you know. Healthcare/HIPAA experience strongly preferred. This is a path to running the technical operation, not a staff augmentation gig. Small team, real ownership, no bureaucracy. Paid take-home assessment (no LeetCode).
