We are committed to building both a great product and a great place to work.The Implementation team is seeking a Implementation Project Manager with strong Facilities Management domain expertise to lead customers through successful deployments of the ServiceChannel platform. This role owns the full implementation lifecycle for new and existing customers and ensures the solution reflects real‑world facilities, maintenance, and vendor‑management workflows.You will work closely with facilities, operations, and procurement stakeholders to translate complex business processes into scalable platform configurations. This position requires someone comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment, balancing technical depth with clear, confident client‑facing communication.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a functional and domain expert on ServiceChannel, with a strong understanding of facilities management, maintenance operations, and multi‑site service deliveryLead customer discovery sessions to understand facilities workflows, service models, vendor structures, and operational constraintsTranslate facilities and maintenance requirements into detailed project plans aligned with scope, budget, and delivery timelinesGuide customers through configuration, training, testing, and go‑live with a strong focus on real‑world operational adoptionCommunicate technical and functional concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including facilities and operations leadersBuild strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Global teams) and provide delivery leadershipDeliver end‑to‑end client support, including configuration recommendations, platform training, and integration supportTroubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to facilities workflows, vendors, and service executionManage customer and internal resources to meet milestones and ensure predictable, high‑quality deliveryParticipate in cross‑functional initiatives to advocate for facilities‑driven customer needs and continuously improve the client experienceMentor junior project managers on implementation methodology, facilities best practices, and customer engagementRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM, or similar platforms)Strong understanding of Service Delivery environmentsProven experience managing all phases of the enterprise implementation lifecycleDemonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations for enterprise customersStrong problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently resolve customer issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and budgetsAbility to mentor and support other project managersWillingness to travel up to 40%Preferred / Desired Skills & ExperienceUnderstanding of service provider management, SLAs, preventive maintenance, and reactive work order processesExperience with HTML, JavaScript, or CSS; SQL knowledge is a plusExperience delivering enterprise software trainingPMP certification or equivalent is a plusWhy Work for Us?We work hard while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
