Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Visibility Manager to own Mink Envy’s digital presence and content strategy across social media. This role keeps the brand visible, consistent, and engaging through strong storytelling, original content creation, smart use of existing assets, and structured execution.
*This is a remote, part\-time contract role averaging approximately 10 hours per week to start.*
The Brand Visibility Manager owns the full visibility loop, from content strategy to execution, creating and repurposing content through a mix of original ideas, existing brand assets, UGC, customer proof, product photography, video content, and AI\-assisted planning. All approved content is handed off to the Virtual Assistant for scheduling and posting.
This role is ideal for someone who can think like a strategist, work efficiently with AI, and own visibility from concept to execution without needing daily direction.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a full brand visibility and social media content strategy
* Create weekly and monthly content plans aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and promotions
* Lead storytelling direction, hooks, messaging, and content concepts across platforms
* Create, edit, curate, repurpose, and package existing brand assets, UGC, customer proof, product photos, and video content into feed posts, stories, and reels
* Own the content lifecycle: idea, creation / curation, approval, execution
* Hand off all approved content to the Virtual Assistant for scheduling and posting
* Monitor posting execution to ensure content publishes correctly, on time, and on strategy
* Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms
* Track performance including engagement, reach, growth, and content response
* Adjust content strategy based on performance and audience behavior
* Stay current with social media trends and integrate relevant ideas into content planning when they align with the brand
* Coordinate content shoots, campaigns, and brand activations when needed
* Collaborate directly with leadership for approvals, feedback, and strategic direction

**Requirements**
* Proven experience in social media management, content strategy, brand visibility, or digital marketing
* Strong skills in content strategy, storytelling, and brand development
* Ability to create, edit, curate, and repurpose content into polished, on\-brand assets
* Experienced in editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
* Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and modern digital growth strategies
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content pipeline
* Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept to execution oversight
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow brand voice, product direction, and approval processes
