FEDERAL PROPOSAL WRITER - SF330 & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

We are launching an exclusive strategic talent pool\-building initiative for a premier Fortune 500 federal systems integrator. Due to a high volume of upcoming federal opportunities, this business area is securing a vetted bench of specialized consultants to step into upcoming proposal efforts. **Responsibilities:** * Own the end\-to\-end drafting, editing, and final polishing of the Management Approach, Project Execution, and Quality Control narratives for complex SF330 and environmental services bids. * Interview internal Project Managers, technical engineers, and environmental scientists (SMEs) to translate complex remediation, compliance, and planning workflows into compliant, compelling proposal text. * Draft specialized sections detailing key operational governance, including safety protocols, QA/QC methodologies, resource scalability, and risk mitigation frameworks. * Write clear narratives explaining cross\-functional team execution, resource deployment matrices, and sub\-consultant management plans. * Review and cross\-reference all draft material against rigid RFP evaluation criteria and SF330 formatting mandates to ensure 100% compliant, high\-scoring submissions under tight internal deadlines. **Qualifications:** * 3\+ years of direct experience authoring federal proposals within the Architect\-Engineer (A/E), infrastructure, or environmental consulting sectors. * Documented experience writing targeted Management sections for SF330 submissions or heavy multi\-agency environmental solicitations (DoD, EPA, DOE, USACE). * Exceptional structural agility, ability to interview technical engineers and scientists and immediately translate complex jargon into clear, compliant, and persuasive text under tight deadlines. * Strong adherence to compliance matrices and style guides.
