**About Forta Health** Forta Health is a venture\-backed company on a mission to make ABA therapy radically more accessible for families with children on the autism spectrum. We're scaling fast and looking for a sharp, motivated Junior Marketing Virtual Assistant to power our social media, content, and reporting engine. **The Role** You'll own the day\-to\-day execution of our social media, email marketing, content production, and reporting. Using our existing systems and templates—heavily powered by Claude AI—you'll replicate, adapt, and manage content at scale while keeping our channels active and consistent. This is a hands\-on role for someone who doesn't just follow workflows but actively improves them: spotting what's broken, proposing better ways to do it, and helping build the systems that let us scale. If you're already a Claude power user, you'll thrive here from day one. If you're newer to it, that's fine too—this role *will* turn you into one. **What You'll Do** **Social Media** * Schedule and publish posts across our social channels (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) * Adapt content templates into a steady stream of platform\-ready posts * Monitor comments and engagement, flagging anything that needs a senior response **Email Marketing** * Build, schedule, and send email campaigns and nurture sequences using our existing templates * Manage list segmentation, tagging, and hygiene * Run A/B tests on subject lines and send times **Content Production (System\-Driven)** * Use our established, Claude\-powered systems to replicate and repurpose content across formats and channels * Maintain the content calendar and keep production on schedule * Format and lightly edit assets to fit each channel's specs **Reporting** * Pull performance data from social, email, and ad platforms on a regular cadence * Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards covering engagement, lead volume, and conversion * Surface insights and anomalies—not just the numbers, but what they mean and what we should do about them **Systems \& Improvement** * Document, refine, and help build the workflows that power our marketing output * Call out inefficiencies and broken processes, and propose better solutions **What We're Looking For** * 2–3 years in a social media, email, content, or marketing operations role * **Claude AI power user** (or someone genuinely eager to become one fast) * Fluent written and spoken English with strong copy instincts * Hands\-on experience with social schedulers (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar) * Comfort pulling and organizing data into clear, useful reports * A builder's mindset: you challenge assumptions, want to improve things, and aren't afraid to call out problems * Strong attention to detail, reliability with deadlines, and a "do it now" approach * Reliable high\-speed internet and a quiet remote work setup **Nice to Have** * Experience in healthcare, teleheal
