Job Description
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support a Hong Kong-based family with household management, personal administration, and light business tasks. This role is primarily family-facing (approximately 80%) with some business support (approximately 20%). You will be the operational backbone for a busy household with two kids, handling everything from school applications and travel bookings to utility payments and government document coordination.This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding or a defined playbook. You will be expected to figure things out, move quickly, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish without being followed up.
