Leads are provided. No prospecting. Just dial, build rapport, and book the appointment. **What You'll Do** * Make high\-volume outbound cold calls to leads we provide — no prospecting required * Qualify leads fast: find the pain point, gauge fit, move the conversation toward a booked appointment * Handle objections ("I already have a website," "not interested," gatekeepers) with confidence, not a script you're afraid to deviate from * Log every call, outcome, and note accurately in our CRM (Bigin) for daily/EOD reporting * Follow up with warm leads to lock in appointments and cut down no\-shows * Hit daily dial and booking quotas — consistently, not just on your good days * Stay in close communication with the closer and founder on lead quality and pipeline health **Who Thrives Here** * You're hungry — this is commission\-based, so the more you put in, the more you take home.
