Virtual Assistant (Platform Support)

About the Role We are seeking reliable Virtual Assistants located in the United States or European Union countries to support platform operations and user experience validation activities. This role is designed to help us evaluate workflows, usability, and overall platform functionality as we prepare for broader market adoption. No technical or software development experience is required. Responsibilities * Create and maintain a basic profile on the platform. * Complete simple platform\-related tasks as assigned. * Participate in weekly workflow activities and operational reviews. * Review assigned platform pages and features. * Provide feedback regarding usability, navigation, and user experience. * Report any issues, observations, or suggestions for improvement. * Follow project guidelines and complete assigned activities within agreed timelines. Requirements * Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States or a European Union country. * Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop. * Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately. * Strong attention to detail. * Good written communication skills. * Comfortable using online platforms and web\-based tools. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or similar remote role is beneficial. * Experience providing feedback on online tools or digital platforms is an advantage.
