**Job description** **About This Role** The Bookkeeper is a high\-impact, analytical role designed for a financial operations strategist who excels at the critical intersection of accounting accuracy and system optimization. As a Bookkeeper, you are the primary guardian of our internal financial foundation, tasked with managing day\-to\-day bookkeeping workflows and deconstructing manual inefficiencies. You will take direct ownership of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and client invoicing, while spearheading our critical operational transition from legacy Google Sheets into QuickBooks Online alongside our Fractional CFO. **Job Summary:** Under the direction of the Fractional CFO and Company Leadership, the Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the day\-to\-day bookkeeping operations of the company. As a Bookkeeper at RCS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by maintaining accurate records, performing detailed account reconciliations, and streamlining administrative expense processes. You will be responsible for processing client invoices, managing cash flow applications, and collaborating with our outsourced payroll provider to optimize internal workflows.
