Responsibilities * Enter customer, product, and order information into databases with high accuracy. * Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data quality. * Review data for completeness and ensure compliance with company standards. * Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data. * Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency. * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. * Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. * Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software. * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a deadline\-driven environment. * Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
