We’re now looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Analyst to join our Global HRIS team. This role can be performed remotely from any country within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) or Latin America regions, subject to local employment requirements. Please note that working hours will need to align with the team's core business hours (EMEA)
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful system improvements and user experience enhancements across Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management.What you’ll be doingConfiguring and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management modulesBuilding and maintaining scalable solutions that improve user experience and process efficiencyPartnering with global stakeholders and senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver system improvementsManaging production changes in line with HRIS governance and compliance standardsSupporting and resolving Tier 2/3 system issues through root cause analysis and problem solvingTesting, analysing and implementing SuccessFactors releases and enhancementsDriving process simplification, automation and adoption across global teamsSupporting ongoing optimisation of Recruiting, Performance, Goals and Talent processesWhat we are looking for3+ years’ experience working within a global organisation supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & OnboardingStrong hands-on configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactorsProven experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance & GoalsExperience building and configuring solutions directly within the systemStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently engage with senior leadersExperience working within complex global HRIS environments and multi-country processesExcellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP)A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automationHighly desirableSmartRecruiters experienceExperience migrating from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0SuccessFactors certification (RXM or related)Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Why join Foundever?Join a truly global HR technology function where you’ll have real influence on how Talent systems evolve at scaleWork alongside international teams and contribute to high-impact global initiativesHelp shape the future employee experience for thousands of users worldwidePlease Note:If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, are a self-starter with a proven track recordof success, and are excited to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we would like you to apply!
