Remote Booking Specialist - Home Repair - $18/hr + $5/booked appointment

As a Booking Specialist with Kaminskiy Care \& Repair, you’ll call back homeowners who have already contacted Kaminskiy Care \& Repair, answer their questions, and help get their repair scheduled. ABOUT THE JOB Kaminskiy Care \& Repair has been helping homeowners for more than 20 years. Our virtual assistant, Sarah, handles the initial customer conversation. If a customer needs to speak with someone before booking, the call is passed to you with the notes, transcript, and job information already available. You’ll call them back, answer their questions, explain pricing and next steps, and get the technician visit scheduled. No cold calling. These are customers who have already reached out to us for help. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Follow up with interested customers * Answer questions about repairs, pricing, and scheduling * Help customers confidently move forward with booking * Schedule technician appointments * Keep clear notes on every call PAY \& SCHEDULE * $15/hour gauranteed \+ $5/booked appointment * W\-2, full\-time * Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM Central * Fully remote * 10 days PTO \+ 6 paid holidays * Paid training WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 2\+ years of phone\-based customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience * Friendly, confident, and comfortable discussing pricing * Strong communication and listening skills * Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace * U.S.\-based and authorized to work in the U.S. * Home repair or construction knowledge is a plus HOW TO APPLY Text **BOOK INDEED** to **(830\) 240\-7239**.
