Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor role. As a contractor, you will manage your own schedule, pay your own taxes, and provide your own tools as needed. **Important** * You must have your own equipment * You must be able to pass a background check * You must be able to work from home in a quiet, distraction free environment * You must work at least 20 hours a week (You pick your own schedule) **Duties** * No sales required \- only customer service * Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance. * Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our database systems. * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. * Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting purposes. * Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. **Skills** * Proficiency in English required; Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. * Strong customer service orientation with experience in client services. * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities. * Previous call center experience is highly desirable. * Familiarity with data entry tasks and basic computer skills. * Ability to engage in sales conversations effectively while promoting products or services. * Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions. * Typing proficiency for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
