This is your chance to join a dynamic team and help shape the future of cloud services!What You'll Do Work independently and collaboratively with a team to support and deliver assigned cloud design/build and managed operations work activitiesLead complex technical projects through the full lifecycle with accountability for schedules, scope alignment, dependencies, communications, risks, and issue resolution, budget, staffing, and marginsRecognize the necessity for implementing change management processes during an active projectServe as the main point of contact for our clients and engagement teamsCollaborate with leadership to develop and refine project management procedures, reporting, and optimization efforts across technical deliveryLeverage technology, automation, and tooling to improve workflows, visibility, and operational efficiencyCreate or updating training materials, project artifacts, and best practices to help strengthen consistent delivery executionWork closely with delivery leadership to achieve utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance targetsEscalate client and project issues in a timely manner to inform and engage the necessary resources to address issuesTake the lead in risk reporting and identifying high risk clients, projects, dependencies, and technical delivery concerns for escalationCollaborate with delivery leadership, quality management, sales, architects, engineers, and operations teams to drive the best customer experienceServe as a subject matter expert on technical project delivery across cloud design/build and M&O engagementsLeverage understanding of security principles and best practices to balance them with various compliance frameworks, and advise clients accordinglyStay informed on industry trends and changes and advising clients accordinglyExecute and controlling project management work as an individual across assigned client engagementsGuide projects through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, dependency management, and issue resolutionManage overall project coordination: scheduling, assigning tasks, enabling clear and consistent client communication, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure successful resolution and project completionCreate and executing project schedules and revising those work plans as appropriate to meet changing client needs, delivery priorities, and technical requirementsLead project status meetings to include information regarding schedules, dependencies, technical data requirements, action items, assignments, risks, issues, changesCommunicate project resources needed and collaborating with teams to assign individual responsibilities across technical and operational workstreamsInterface with clients through the entire engagement and interacting with numerous levels of client personnel and organizations, including occasional C-suite interactionEstablish and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersWhat You'll Bring6+ years of technical project/program management experience5+ years of external client facing experienceExperience leading cross functional technical projects through the full project lifecycleStrong risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and executive-ready reporting skillsConsulting or professional services experience, including familiarity with managing cloud or technical projectsAbility to independently manage complex delivery schedules, dependencies, and multi-workstream coordinationUnderstanding of project management best practices and proven success in a professional services, consulting, or technology delivery environmentKnowledge of frameworks like FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, etc.Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP platform capabilities and servicesUnderstanding of SecOps, SOC/NOC, vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and continuous monitoringUnderstanding of the fundamentals of change management processes & proceduresExcellent communication skills including executive level communication experienceHybrid, Agile, or iterative delivery methodology experienceStrong prese
