You will ship code to production on day one and, within your first month, take on a mission-critical project such as architecting and launching multi-step AI agents that customers use to digitize their lending workflows.What You Will Do Architect, build and launch complex, multi-step AI agents for mortgage workflows. Own full-stack features from design through deployment across a TypeScript, React and Node.js stack. Design scalable services on AWS (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, Kafka, ElasticSearch). Lead technical decisions and raise the engineering bar for a fast-growing remote team. Communicate openly about trade-offs and learn quickly from production decisions.
