Fully Remote Role (South Africa-based)Salary Range: R30 000 per month depending on experience.Hours: Monday - Friday (9am – 5pm AWST)(03:00am – 11:00am South African time)
Role PurposeDrive sustainable revenue growth by converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings through a consultative and patient focused sales approach. This role acts as a critical bridge between marketing clinical teams and prospective patients by delivering timely engagement clear service guidance and trusted advice. The position is accountable for optimising lead conversion performance managing the sales pipeline with precision and consistently achieving conversion targets while ensuring an exceptional end to end patient experience aligned with business growth objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from website forms, booking requests, and other channels.Engage potential patients via phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs and guide them toward booking.Consultative Selling:Explain services, treatment options, and pricing clearly and professionally.Address objections and provide reassurance to build trust and confidence.Appointment Scheduling:Secure confirmed bookings and ensure accurate data entry into the scheduling system.Follow up on unconfirmed leads to maximize conversion rates.Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through CRM tools.Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.Performance Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion goals.Report on conversion metrics and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to ensure smooth handover of booked patients.Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.RequirementsProven track record in sales, lead conversion, or customer service (healthcare or service industry preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport quickly.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.Empathetic and patient-focused mindset.Comfortable working toward KPIs and performance goals.Originally posted on Himalayas
