As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge cloud-based SIEM solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable cloud servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of servicesIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsExperience with CI and on-call production supportHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersMentor junior engineers and help them grow their technical skillsStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edgeRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5-8 years of industry experience with a proven track record of ownershipExperience with Scala (or another JVM language) and Kafka in production environmentsExperience in multi-threaded programming and globally distributed systems (preferably in AWS)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to learn quickly, solve problems and adapt to new technologiesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and practicesOccasional on-call availability. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards. Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of hire and for duration of employment.
